🧠 Insight

'No, chupacabras are not thylacines, though there is a cryptozoological theory that links them. The theory suggests chupacabra sightings could be thylacines that escaped during transport to a zoo, and their unique appearance and blood-drinking rumors have been confused with the legend. However, biological explanations for chupacabra sightings often point to canids with a skin disease called mange.' Google mentions the same theory Forrest Galante is talking about and both are in the same mindset of it being just a myth and nothing more, just a tale to say around a campfire. But for sure there is some things about it that make sense and because of them I wouldn't be surprised if that was to turn out to be true.
