🧠 Insight

'The technology of uncontacted tribes appears 'primitive' primarily due to extreme isolation, limiting exposure to external knowledge, combined with environments where advanced tech wasn't necessary or easily developed, plus a conscious or enforced choice to remain separate from the outside world, often to protect their way of life from disruptive influences,. Their survival in difficult terrain demonstrates advanced ecological knowledge, even without metal tools, and they often acquire some outside items (like machetes) through trade or scavenging'. But other than that, hearing them sing really made me think of the video game Green Hell. The game is also placed in the Amazon rainforest with the tribes living and moving around you, and you would be able to hear them singing like that. Crazy how accurate that is.
