🧠 Insight

Sacrificing your body in this case means letting the no gravity environment do it's work on you for however long you are up there. So regarding how much time you spend there means how much damage you will inflict on yourself. Now, as for myself who is not a scientists and should not have any professional reason to go and be in the space station I'd say I'd be happy to spend a week there, maybe two. In that time I would be able to see the sights you can see up there, experience what's it like to live in the space station and kinda get used to the way of life there, without exterting so much damage on my body. But of course they've developed the tech and gym equipment which could offset the damage of no gravity on your body, so who knows maybe more than 2 weeks.
